I filled out the form, whats next? You'll be receiving an email with all the info you need for the next steps including a link to purchase a screening license. Please reach out to screenings@humansforhousing.org with any questions!
-
How much time should we plan for between booking and hosting a screening? We recommend giving yourself at least 3-4 weeks. -
What kind of venue works well to host a screening? You’ll need a space that fits your audience and has the right screening setup—think large display, projector, or cinema screen. Popular choices include auditoriums, churches, community centers, or library meeting rooms. Some hosts even team up with local theaters or schools!
-
Can I charge for my screening?Absolutely! You can set the ticket price or even offer free entry if that’s your vibe. Most people find that $8-$15 is a sweet spot.

Want something extra special? The filmmakers are available for hire to lead the discussion and answer questions—just let us know!
-
In what format will the film be provided? The film comes as a .mp4 file, but if you’re planning to show it in a theater, we can provide it in DCP format too.
